Excited to be here and share favorites from my meanderings in the visual art world.

Starting off with an image by photographer Norbert Schoerner, whose work spans industries, spanning from editorial fashion to fine art gallery space - not an easy feat.

Born in Germany, he resides in London and calls Japan his spiritual home.

The multicultural influence is evident in the image that combines objectivity, stillness and evokes intense sensations all at once. A perfect sample of how a 'simple' visual composition can move you to feel... tension?
