Black and white gives these views great drama, great apocalypticness even. Actually, today I was reading about the earthquakes in Santorini and the volcano there, and maybe that's why I'm seeing the pictures that way now. But there is no greater power and might than that of nature, and there is nothing left for us to do but to bow before it.

I know you speak with some scientific reasoning, but in this sense, aren't all colors abstract, moreover, subjectively perceived, maybe also made up... and in general, as everything around us is made up, unconsciously influenced by our personal perception... And isn't every color invented by us to save us from darkness, or from the coldness and indifference of white... 🤔
