Despite having the name Poland, this chicken is not from the Polish country but from the Netherlands. Poland Chicken commonly called the Chicken Horn, crested chicken and crown chicken because it is on the back of the comb there is a dense fur almost cover the eyes. So that when viewed from a distance the eyes of Poland as covered by crest.
Lovely! :) Cool name for a chicken, it's a pity we don't have them in Poland :(
