More than 5.000 Weed-Enthusiasts celebrating 420 at Hyde Park, London
3,2,1... Happy 420. Huge roaring as the day reaches it's climax at 4.20 PM.
There were a huge number people involved and the atmosphere was ecstatic. While owning or smoking weed is itself not legal in the UK, the Police knows that there's no point in chasing recretional users and so while they showed their presence, particularly at the entrance points of the park, inside the rally itself was very little police presence and everyone smoking openly. The sun was fantastic, with the day being one of the hottest days of the year at 27 degrees and full sunshine. Speakers blasted music from everywhere and the Pret A Manger's next to the Park must have had a great day too.
