A unique example of Seljuk architecture!

The Yakutiye madrasa reflects the traditional architectural style of the Seljuk period and is located in the group of four-eyed indoor avuahs. The balance of the madrasa, the outward-overflowing crown gate and the minarets of the two corners, was provided in the whole structure by placing the mutual domes in the façade. But, unfortunately, nowadays, one of the minarets in the corners is up to the dignity, the other is collapsed to the pedestal and is sealed with a cone cone. In the front, the herbal, geometric motifs and symbolic depictions also appear to be given importance to balance and symmetry. In the doors and minarets, the tile decorations that we face are unique.

Since 1994, the Madrasah, which serves as the Turkish-Islamic Arts and Ethnography Museum, according to the inscription at the gate of the Crown, on behalf of Mel Han and Bolugan Hatun in the time of Ilhanli ruler Sultan Olcayan, by Cemalceddin Hodja Yakut Gazani in 1310 It's been built.
