Makanan sehat seperti makanan ini yang bergizi! Dengan lauk disiplin, dikunyah dengan kerja keras dan keuletan serta disantap tiap hari dengan porsi yang tepat, maka mental akan menjadi sehat dan berkualitas.
Saya mengundang teman-temannya untuk makan, tetapi ternyata pembantuku melalaikan perintah dan tidak menyiapkan makanan. Saat teman-temannya datang, dia tidak panik, malah tertawa. Dia berkata, Hari ini telah kita dapatkan hal-hal yang lebih mulia dari pada alasan pertemuan kita ini, yaitu menahan kemurkaan, menguasai kemarahan, menggenggam kesabaran, dan menghiasi diri dengan kelembutan.
Semoga inspirasi ini bermamfaat bagi kita semua, salam steemit.
