I have never heard of such smart way to agitate the mind: using money as canvas art, the same money used for enslavement of the mind or more correctly the emotions (all that a person wants), as @mpassio points out. Nice that you have it (still) there is Russia. And yes, cashless payments are on the rise despite the privacy concerns. Keep up such not-just-photo posts. They are very interesting.
