Coche, The Island of Kitesurf (Photos)

A gentle sea with constant wind are the ideal conditions for a Kitesurfer to lift the flight. And that is exactly what the small Coche Island offers. One of the best places for #kitesurf in #Venezuela and the world.

And it is that there have been several international events that have taken place on this paradisiacal island, such as the Kite World Championship held in 2015.
The #CocheIsland is exclusive for the kite and is approximately 30 min by boat (8 km) from El Yaque, on the Margarita Island.
There the athletes meet with a very good wind (offshore), with calm, warm and crystalline waters.

As a photographer, one of the things that impressed me most about Coche was the impeccable whiteness of the sand on its beaches.
It is something that you do not believe that can exist.

Here I share photos you make during a job for the United Nations-UNDP on the Marino-Coastal system of Venezuela and although Kitesurfing was not part of the job, I did not want to photograph these intrepid water fliers.
