MonochromeMonday - film pictures of nature on my recent trip to Poland
This is my first post on Steemit and I have found a great tag for doing so #MonochromeMonday. I would like to share a couple of film pictures from my recent trip to Poland. It has been a cloudy day, not ideal for taking pictures, but I couldn't miss it.
A bit of photography geek talk - the pictures were taken with my lovely Kiev 4 vintage film camera made in the early 1980s using Helios-103 53mm f1.8 lens. I was using Ilford HP5+ and developed with Rodinal R09 in my home made developing room (aka kitchen). Anyway, here they are:
A tiny road going to horizon amongst birch and pine trees.
Another picture of the trees which I like.
My favourite picture of the day.
I like the curvy ceiling lines on this one.
Hope you've enjoyed the pictures and I hoping to share some more.
Your post is very interesting to follow, the photos are amazing
Thank you! Much appreciated.
Very nice, I don't know much about the special equipment but your setup seems to give the shots a lot of extra character.
Thanks. I think it's the analogue photography that has something special. At least to me.
Yes that must be what it is, really does add something special.
Welcome to Steemit!! A very nice start into Steemit and #MonochromeMonday!!! I think they all turned out great. I followed you and hope you keep posting. BTW tomorrow is #TreeTuesday which I also host which you can feel free to post a tree pic to. There are also the daily #colorchallenge to take part in.
I also encourage you to do a intro post with a bit about you. Check out #introduceyourself and you will see some of them do well.
Thanks for your welcome and suggestions. Will take a look at your suggestions )
