Make-up is a plus but smiling is a must.. ;-)
I love creativity and make-up is something I find super creative!
Make-up is fun to play around with and I personally love it! 
However, make-up isn’t what makes you beautiful. Beauty is about being comfortable in your own skin. Beauty is about much more than just looks. It’s about how you are as a person and how you make others feel.
Be fearless.
Have a vision.
Believe in yourself.
Always smile.
Stay focused.
Get motivated.
Get inspired.

I never wear make-up. It's too much of a hassle for me (I'm lazy). I also don't want to become one of those ladies who are afraid to leave the house without make-up...
If we could all just be a little happier with the way we are, maybe young girls would feel less pressure and less insecure.
