Building a campsite and preparing for the next filming trip
These last weeks have been beautifully sunny and productive creating a campsite. It's a slow project but is really taking shape now. There are a few shelters for hanging out, cooking and washing.
The site is set on the Taf estuary so the wildlife is stunning and the view out on the river from the wood is epic!!
It's been great to get back into carpentry and landscaping, it's what I've grown up doing and now I feel more confident working with nature, letting it do it's thing alongside whatever plans you may have.
The pitches are set in and around a young oak woodland, it's growing all the time and so the campsite will change all the time.
The native ferns and flowers are amazing, particularly in the evening light!!
Film wise I'm packing to head to the canaries for the PWA events in Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura, at this stage I'm just desperately trying to make sure I have all the things I need. Have a new camera and am keen to see how it goes . . . Last week we released the Part 4 to foiling and it stimulated much discussion so pleased with it.
In the vegetable garden things are kicking in now and we've been struggling to handle the volume of Strawberries!!

All in all has been a lovely time of year
