Red Velvet Truffles

Ingredients

— 1 9 x 9 red velvet cake
— 6 oz cream cheese, softened
— 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
— 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

— 16 oz dark chocolate, melted
— 4 oz white chocolate, melted

Directions

1- Crumble your red velvet cake into a fine crumb.
2- Add in the cream cheese and 1/2 cup melted white chocolate, and mix well.
3- Roll 1" balls of the crumb mixture between the palms of your hands. Repeat with remaining mix and chill the truffles for 30 minutes.
4- Using a fork, dip each truffle in melted dark chocolate and place on parchment paper.
5- Drizzle the chocolate covered truffles with melted white chocolate and chill to set.
