Against the altitude phobia on the mountain

Acrophobia is a phobia of altitude, or excessive fear of the altitude that a person experiences. This excessive fear can trigger excessive feelings like panic, stress and anxiety. In Greek, Akrophobia is an Akron or a peak and Phobos or fear of the extreme and irrational fear experienced by a person with a high place.
