The Razorback of Great Ocean Road
This piece of seascape never fails to amaze...
I have written about and posted some photos of this place before, and am still fascinated by it
I found a few more unused shots as I was combing through my old folders and have these for you today...
It may not be the right shots for BeachWednesday (hmmm, no beach in sight, even though there must be one somewhere down there...) but just to share more of the amazing natural structures of the Great Ocean Road, Victoria, Australia!
See why they call it that...?
It is for the sharp jagged rocky bits that stick out on top , all down the long length of this rocky structure, extending out to sea...
To imagine its existence which is caused by the elements, to be standing among the elements and its entire existence being destroyed by the very same elements is mind-boggling
Okey, sorry for that tongue (and mind) twister!
One day this piece will fall into the ocean!
Look at the textures and the layers...
Imagine being there when it finally falls...
What a splash... and sound it will make!

A different angle reveals a 'hole' has been 'blown' through the razor!
There's never a dull
Another shot of what I posted before...
More favourites from G.O.R....
Thank you, @pixresteemer! 🍺

I'm so damn in love with Australia especially after I've seen all the posts @nickyhavey made <3
and I'm pretty sure I'll never get tired of watching pictures from there
Totally agree, especially after my first visit... now to think about re-visiting soon... :)
Shall get to know @nickyhavey... ~ thanks!
Oh yea, the great ocean walk was amazing and enjoyed reliving the moments. This brought back some memories from April! It truly is a spectacular coastline!
Surprised the OP didn't pop down to Loch Ard Beach as that's right next to the razorback car park for #beachwednesday

OP? Loch Ard Beach is also another wonder! :D
Would love to go back one day...
