I went to AWS Summit Day 2 on Thursday morning. I have to get another badge for Day 2. I kind of wonder why.

To the far end just like the day before. Those who were not there the day before get the bag with the same stuff I had which included the radio receiver for listening to the talks.
跟前一天一样，走到尽头。没来过的给一包我前一天拿过的。那包挂用来听讲座的收音机。

是时候进入第2天的主题讲座。
A big crowd was there.
里面人山人海。
There were different speakers going up and down the stage but the AWS smiley remains but changes colours.
不同的人上下台演讲但那AWS笑脸仍然在，只是改变颜色。
Tried to go to the toilet and seemed a few were crowded. So, I went to the nearest one outside the hall. Good choice.
要去厕所但几个都很多人。所以，我去大厅外最近的一个。那是好的抉择。
I was interested in some other track but the Deep Racer Workshop started a 11am before others. So, I decided to join that and see how it goes though the day before, I thought it would be too deep for me. Who knows there was a queue at the escalator going up to the room 15 minutes before but I'm the smart one. I grabbed 2 chicken sandwiches and a cup of fruits. So, I was eating while I'm queueing.

Finally, went in. Let me grab a seat here where I can plug in the power for my Surface Pro.

Ah... the WIFI password. Turned out this was working better than yesterday.

Many people were working own their own model for driving the deep racer while we took turns to go out and see the deep racer.
许多人都在弄自己的模型来驾驶Deep Racer而大家轮流出去看Deep Racer.
There are battery packs powering it. Their deep lens camera is the eye. You custom your model to trained the deep racer to go round the track. You can buy your own deep racer to play with but it's not cheap for me. You can make your own cover and if you win and go to Las Vegas to race, you can bring your own cover but you cannot use your own deep racer at the race.

I didn't mention this before. I'll mention it now. With the cover on, doesn't the Deep Racer looks a bit like Darth Vader?

Of course I grabbed some food and joined the queue for deep racer. There was only 5 guys in front of me but I still waited a while.当然我也拿些吃的而去排队参赛deep racer。虽然只有5人在我前面但还得等上好一阵子。IMAGE LINK|图片链接: https://supload.com/SyVYvAW9V 
Here was the deep racer loaded with my own trained model. I had to download the model into a flash drive and passed it to them to load it in. My best time was more than 19 seconds far from the guys who were less than 10 seconds. It was still an interesting experience. I ended up making a few more custom models and joined the queue again but after more than 1.5 hours of waiting in line, I was told we were unlikely to get a chance to race again. Too bad. Bummer on the no-go second time around. Yeah I see Darth's helmet!
Well, it wasn't only me but some decided continue to queue and hope for the best. So, I'm not only one who see the Darth Vader. :-)
