I have to clear some stock of tau kwa which I stock before Chinese New Year before it expires. So, on #BeautifulSunday, out come this light snack/lunch. @lydiachan, come and look.

by the way, 如果處理過油的東西，裡面有油脂，還是得洗的，不然變成回鍋油，會致癌的。
好。那我今晚洗洗。
这就是传说中的空气炸锅啊，有吃过这个做的炸鸡，和一般的确实要少掉很多油腻感。
油锅还是用过就清洗会比较好呢，不然时间长了就更难除掉油垢啦
怎么会是传说呢？ :-)
以前也做过炸鸡。是连油都不下。
