VENEZUELA, ARCHIPIELADO LOS ROQUES
El Archipiélago Los Roques 12 es una dependencia Federal que agrupa un conjunto de islas y cayos en las Antillas menores pertenecientes a Venezuela 34 que poseen una superficie estimada en 40,61 km² y que están ubicados entre el archipiélago Las Aves (al oeste) y la isla de La Orchila (al este) a 176 km al norte de la ciudad de Caracas y que representa uno de los principales atractivos turísticos del país, forma parte del Territorio Insular Francisco de Miranda,56 es parque nacional y según estimaciones en el año 2014 contaba con 3.100 habitantes fijos (siendo la dependencia federal más poblada). Tiene una superficie aproximada de 221.120 hectáreas entre espacios marítimos y terrestres, y es considerado el parque marino más grande de América Latina (Parque nacional Archipiélago de Los Roques). Además el archipiélago posee el arrecife coralino más grande del Caribe.

The Archipelago Los Roques1 2 is a Federal dependency that groups together a group of islands and keys in the smaller Antilles belonging to Venezuela 3 4 that have an estimated area of 40.61 km² and that are located between the Las Aves archipelago ( to the west) and the island of La Orchila (to the east) 176 km north of the city of Caracas and which represents one of the main tourist attractions of the country, is part of the Insular Territory Francisco de Miranda, 5 6 is a park national and according to estimates in 2014 had 3,100 permanent inhabitants (being the most populated federal agency). It has an approximate surface of 221,120 hectares between maritime and terrestrial spaces, and is considered the largest marine park in Latin America (Los Roques Archipelago National Park). In addition, the archipelago has the largest coral reef in the Caribbean.
