Forget the settings and start creating : My Experimental shots

in #photofeed6 years ago (edited)

I am the perfectionist type and I have always tried to do everything by the book. With time I have learned that being like that has its side effects like obsession and even depression. I used to tell myself that what I create its not of good quality even if everyone told me different. Its super hard being like that but I always remind myself the words of my mother "Nobody is PERFECT, people dont even care about the details you are obsessed with, just finish the project, PERFECTION does not exist - She was telling me all that when I was about to give up on sustaining my diploma because it was not at the level I wanted to be. I promoted the third in my year and I owe it to her supporting me when I needed the most.
The problem with being a perfectionist is that you forget to have fun and to feel good about what you are doing, you forget how great of a feeling is when you create something with your own hands, you forget that life is beautiful and obsessing about tiny and insignificant details is ruining your passion bit by bit.
And so, I decided to just have fun making photos, to experiment, to live, to create, to forget about the PERFECT SETTINGS and ENJOY my hobby. So here we are after a looooong justification of my post
These are some shots of architectural photography that I made with my wide zoom from nikon 24-120mm f4G. Its a very good allaround lens, flexible and with a small weight for the reach it offers. But enough with the technicalities and lets focus on the photos. I am also interested in your opinion and also I am curious whats your favorite shot.
