The time of the year Pheasants pose with loud calling and flapping wings to impress females or protect their territory from other males.

I caught that one moment. Let me call this... the "dancing" moment :) hehe

I do love the background from the fields in the distance. I did not use a very fast shutterspeed so you can see the movement of flapping wings in this image.
