Kalpa Village On 2960 Meter
Kalpa is located in Kinnaur valley of Himachal Pradesh on 2960 meter. It is connected to road and an amazing place for landscapes. There are many ancient temple over here. Apples are a major cash-crop for the region. The local inhabitants follow a syncretism of Hinduism and Buddhism, and many temples in Kalpa are dedicated to both Hindu and Buddhist gods and
goddesses.
The mountain range behind the village is Kinnaur mountain range, which worshipped as holy mountains. It is supposed that Hindu Lord Shiva lives here. There is a famous trek also in that range which famous as Dinner Kailash Trek.
