Another photo I've taken in Frankfurt. I really like how the lights turn into stars on a long exposure.

I can't test it, since I only have this one kit lens. I also don't have a filter yet.
by the way, i would totally say it was in Riga, if the dude who took this picture - moved a little to the right to get the same angle between the bridge and the tall building :)
Heh, I'm sure you can find this picture in every big city with a river.
