Quick edit, quick post - I finally got around to doing a model shoot!
So I have been wanting to do a shoot with a model for quite some time, but it is actually really hard to connect with models here in Barcelona. Much harder than it was in Vancouver anyhow. Well yesterday I was finally able to get together with a model and make a shoot happen.
I don't have a lot of time right now so this is going to be a quick post of a very quickly Lightroom edited photo.
I've got more to come soon, but for now here is a little sneak peek ;)
This photo was taken with a Nikon D750 camera and Nikkor 58mm f1.4G lens. Exposure was 1/200 @ f4, ISO 800. The photo was lit with with two Yongnuo YN560 IV speedlights. The light on camera left was on a stand with a shoot through umbrella, and was at 1/2 power with a light green gel. The light on camera right was on a small stand on the ground, and unmodified other than a light pink color gel. The RAW image was edited by me using Adobe Lightroom 5.5 with a custom preset made by myself and tweaked for this photo.

@dexter-k It isn´t actually easy to get models in Barcelona. I really like how you resolved it with the lightings.. how do you find the Yongnuo YN560 IV speedlights? I' m also planning to buy them
Yeah, it is way harder than I am used to! Thanks, I was having fun with the lighting that day. The YN560 IV's are insanely good for the price. I have had them for like three years and have not treated them kindly but they still just keep firing away. The built in radio slaves are a massive bonus, I just use them with the RF602 triggers from Yongnuo and it is a piece of cake. If you are a manual flash shooter there is literally no reason to go with anything else, they are by far the cheapest, and in my experience they work like a charm every time. Well worth the (minimal) investment!!
