Traditional Aceh Coffee Processing
Aceh is famous for its characteristic, the country of a thousand coffee shops. Coffee shops spread everywhere in every corner of town and villages in Aceh. Everyday, coffee shops are always crowded of coffee enthusiast. Coffee shops has become a place to mingle and stream the internet for free especially to make a post on steemit ... :)
Do you know how to make coffee that we enjoy everyday?... this is Robusta coffee processing. In Aceh there are two types of coffee, first robusta and another one is arabica which can be found in Gayo, Central Aceh.
In this post I will show you some photos of robusta coffee powder processing using a traditional tool from one of the household industries in Meunasah Papen Village, Aceh Besar. They work everyday to process coffee into coffee powder that were ordered by coffee shop entrepreneurs in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. I took this photo using Canon 5D Mark III camera and 16-35 mm lens
