Woodford Reserve, Colorado - #WhiskeyWednesday
This is my submission for @derangedvisions #whiskeywednesday. Sometimes when you go camping and it's cold at night, you need something to warm both your spirit and your body. Thus was the case at Upper Slate Lake Trail in Colorado. We brought this backpacking on a multi-day hike, and would enjoy the wondrous liquid victory while we supped in the eve. Since Woodford has such cool bottles, and the scenery was even more stunning, I wanted to combine the two. With a little careful sipping to get the whiskey/water level correct (along with placing stones underneath this big rock platform), the moment came to snap the photo. We might have carefully sipped a little after this shot, too. Maybe.

Super cool shot, I love how you have lined up the whiskey with the water line! Very clever!
