Under the Bridge
I stumbled across this scene over the weekend in Ottawa. We had a couple of days of above-freezing weather, which caused snow to melt, and this area under the bridge to be flooded. Then the cold weather resumed and everything froze, embedding gravel in the ice. In late afternoon, the sun was shining into the scene, and bouncing back onto the bridge. So I got down on my belly and looked for a composition among the gravel and ice.
Taken with the Pentax K3 and smc Pentax-DA 14mm f/2.8 ED
Shutter: 1/20s
Aperture: f/8
ISO: 100
Focal Length: 14mm
This is not easy to discern but it looks nice though...
Nice shot !!
wow awesome photography
Thanks for sharing! I love photographing water in all of it's forms. There is so much beauty in flowing water, ice formations, and rainy scenes. Your photo caught my eye in the feed and now I'm your newest follower :) . Yay nature!
I really like the depth in the center of the bridge. Great colors and good eye with the shot!
