Some more of my photography images.
I feel like posting something besides IFC stuff today, and.. I have a bunch of sort of regular images that I want to share.
Usually I just share one image, but sometimes I share a group of them and this is one of those times.
A few of these I may have shared before, which is one reason why I want to share these.. I'm trying to organize my folders and make it less confusing so I don't share multiple images again.. But.. It I admittedly have not kept a list and written or typed down every image I've shared and since steemit doesn't yet have some type of "gallery" option..
I just can't remember all the ones I shared! I apologize. Hopefully in the future steemit adds a gallery option so you can go back and look at peoples images in a collected area, doesn't seem like it'd be that hard though I realize they're working on a lot of things a mobile app being one of the main ones.. So hopefully in time that happens!
An older shot of Cathedral I like, still has the scan lines in it and was never color corrected or anything, it's the raw file.
A pretty butterfly. :)
Hummingbird in a nest! :D
Heart shaped rock.
Me taking a weird almost creepy sort of portrait in West Fork. Lol.
Another heart shape. ._.
Great Blue Heron!
Some ancient rock art! Notice the guy with the long leg? ._. Aliens!?
Me being too serious as usual.
A path you may have seen in some of the IFC posts.
And.. That's it for now.. Going to leave it with the path image cause.. I'm curious to see where this path goes!
Hope you're all having a good day out there in steemitland. Talk to you later!
@apolymask,
What kind of amazing world you are living in bro :O This is absolutely brilliant!
Cheers~
:)
Really great pictures! I especially like the last one, because it makes me wanna go on that road and have an adventure, haha!
Also, if you were to use SteepShot (Steem App), you can post photos there and you'll be able to see photo posts that you've made. Sorta like a gallery, but the posts will also appear on your Steemit blog.
Thanks for the feedback and appreciating and.. Word! Haha. Yeah I feel similar. And.. Oh really? I never knew that about steepshot! Doh! I'll have to look into that! Thanks!
Dear friend! Next time also use #artzone and follow @artzone to get an upvote on your quality posts!
Ahh. You're the group associated with rocksg and surfyogi right? Okay sure, I'll give it a try and I'll give you a follow as well and try to help when I can. :) There we go.. I edited and changed it just now.
Love the pictures! One thing I have noticed in some of these old wall carvings is the spiral such as your picture has. Have you done any research on that or have any theories on the subject? I think these pictures represent things they actually seen in person, I don't think the long legged triangle head people were just whipped up out of imagination.
Yeah I've done a little bit of research and no one knows for sure, there's a buncha different theories.
However.. I think one of the most popular is that it's sort of a sun wheel to help them know when to plant crops and stuff, but.. Really.. I dunno. When I look at it I think of a portal. :D Or.. Some kind of astronomical phenomena.. Or.. Infinity. Who really knows.. That's one thing with a lot of this ancient symbolism.. It's mostly guess work. Some people like to think they know, but who really knows unless you have a direct path to that knowledge and I'm not sure how that's possible when it goes back so far. Even if you were a member of a secret society with a lot of hidden information.
Also yeah. I tend to agree.
I think the guys with weird heads remind me a lot of like grey aliens, I think it's very likely they could have been real beings they saw!
They’re awesome man! Do you and your dad do trips together quite often or not so much? I’ve seen sorta similar photo on your dad’s with the ancient drawings in the rock.. spooky how even back then the’ve seen aliens! Like you said before it’s one of the top places in the states to see them isn’t it?
Thanks for appreciating kryptocek. And the last trip we did was a couple years ago to Colorado but that was more for my sisters wedding and we didn't film much. We took some good trips years ago when younger and they are very fond and good memories, though not as much these days. Money I think is a major reason why, if we had a lot more money it would be a lot easier and maybe in time if steemit ends up being what a lot of people think it will be that will help a lot in that area. :)
And I was sort of joking when I said aliens in regards to that pic, BUT.. It could be.. I dunno. I dunno what the artist meant, it is weird.. Though it could have meant something else, though.. Pretty much all ancient cultures have stories of "sky beings".. So I think it's safe to say that people have been seeing weird things in the skies since the beginning of recorded history.. Who knows what they are, whether aliens or spirits or humans or .. Who knows.. but I do think it seems clear something mysterious is going on up there.
And yes.. Sedona from what I heard on a documentary is the #2 hotspot, that was years ago and may have changed.. Though it is a major UFO/alien type town we even have a gift shop focused around aliens. It's a neat place. :D
Totally im housing were laying down the foundation and steemit will grow substantially. I think it’s still too early too tell but one can hope!
Just the one in the top right sorta looks alien like.. but again could be anything!
Ahh wow that’s so cool. I know I’ve spoken previously about it but really hope can make my way down there one day seems like a super interesting spot!
Yeah.. This is the foundation and it could be an amazing creation one day even more majestic than the pictures yeszuzia drew of the castle if that's even possible! But.. I do sort of feel like we are manifesting something here together collectively that may be major in the future. And I use the word manifesting very sparingly. Though it really does look positive! :)
And yeah.. They do look like aliens, who knows what they were though! Without a time machine it's kinda hard to ask them what they were intending with the images.. Also I hope you do get to visit some day, if I'm available we could definitely go out and explore some of these mysterious ruins! :D
Hi @apolymask
I love these wonderful shots. These can actually made up to form a gallery folder in steemit.
I love nature. I never thought there could be a stone with a heart shape. This shows that the earth is formed on love and should be sustain by love.
Keep appreciating the nature and keep feeding us with what you captured with your lens.
Yeah I think you could theoretically combine all your images together to make a gallery page and then link people to it, but.. I think it should be more like Facebook and other social media where it's built into the interface and someone else can just browse through your galleries by clicking rather than being sent numerous different web links individually.
I've actually found a lot of heart shaped rocks! Like.. Probably at least 10 or 20 by now.. They are more common than you might think, but still really cool each time you find one!
Also I appreciate your sentiments in regards to love and the encouragement given as well, thanks for the nice comment and the positive feedback! :)
I love the old cathedral... The color of the soil and the disappearing sun, wish i could behold it with my eyes..
And the portrait as well.. Looked like an action sci-fi movie scene😎
Word! Glad you appreciated. And yeah.. I wish more people could see it with their own eyes as well! it's a majestic feat. Thanks for the feedback!

Will do, but I just read the rules and it says only use the tag once a day right? Did I read that right? I don't wanna get blacklisted so I just wanna be sure.
wow! what beautiful pictures. I especially love the cave painting one! But they are all fantastic.
Glad to hear you appreciated the images. :) And yeah the rock art is really neat to look at! I always wonder what it must have been like and what exactly they were trying to say..
I know right?! it is so interesting to speculate what message they were trying to leave
My favorite part is the puddle!! great angle and reflections.
