Photochallenge - Beach Wednesday
It is the start of summer here on Thursday the 4th we went for a walk to the beach. It was a lovely day and we enjoyed it very much.
This is Glenmore Beach in Kwazulu-Natal South Africa. We stay only a 5-minute walk from the swimming beach and even nearer as the crow flies.
It is also school holidays and some people were swimming.
We took the dogs with and they were also enjoying the water and the beach.
My hubby @scotty777 walks with the big dog, Max every day.
So yesterday we had our second swim of the summer. The whole family was at the beach including our grandson, little 23-month -old Jonathan.
We took the photos with a Samsung Galaxy S6.

Thanks for asking. We are done with most of the work. Still need to organize items in the basement and do insulation. Also we filed for compensation against the manufacturer. Blessings my dear friend. @hope777

Lovely going down to the beach, miss my dogs so much it was a weekly treat for the past thirty odd years taking long walks.
Swimming for most of the last holiday week the shark nets were lifted with minimal swimming allowed. Not sure why, but heard it was something to do with the whales going down the coast coming in closer to the shoreline.
Lovely grandson, mischievous little face, can see the family resemblance.
Thanks for commenting @joanstewart. So what happened to the doggies? Yes here swimming is also not allowed but the holidaymakers and we were swimming. Lots of whales and dolphins passing nearby almost every day.
We outlived six dogs over the past 35 years, absolutely heart breaking. Now only have a daily visitor from my neighbour, a cute dog who jumps the wall every morning, stays all day and then goes home around six.
