Food Photography: A wonderful summer salad.
Here In South Africa we have been having a very hot summer. Infect the weather bureau have warned against heat stroke and dehydration. Today however , we are having a wonderful overcast day. It is a prefect day for a summer salad.
For a vinaigrette I am thinking of blending some vinegar ,mango and pink salt. I think it will be a great sweet and sour addition.
