Yes sometimes in the winter there is some snow. But for much snow i recommand you to go to Autrsia or Switzerland there are the mountains. That's the real deal when it comes down to snow and mountains. i never been there myself, but who one day i will go.
If theres a chance why not.but like me who live in philippines we are only allowed to travel near philippines like singapore hongkong because there is no visa unlike you foreighner you can travel anywhere..
No problem, Yes its a nice place, only the weather isn't. It can be cold here. But in overall its a good place to live.
