Today I have made a dish this is a gobhi pakauda.This is a tasty Indian dish.I am from India & today I wanted to cook something special that' s why I made this dish.Here I am presenting the picture of gobhi pakauda.
This is a very delicious food.If you want to make this dish I am telling about this recipe.
Recipe:
To make this dish you have to take a cauliflower cut to pieces and light boil it.After this, you have to take chickpea flour, salt spices and grind
chili & garlic.All the above thing and water mix & stir it well.
After this, you drop the cauliflower pieces into the mixture and fry it into edible oil.
Now it is prepared to serve with sauce.
