Very nice place in Siberia

This time we decided to go to Zelenogorskiy this urban village in the Kemerovo region. The whole village is unremarkable, except for a huge dam on the river Tom, which was built in Soviet Union within the framework of the construction of the reservoir. As a result, environmentalists are forbidden to close the floodgates, and the project was frozen in this state and is today.
