Little Details
While I believe everything is beautiful in its own way, I love photographing objects that don't normally scream for attention. Light posts and old abandoned phone booths, little tricks of light that make something mundane appear remarkable. I don't move my subjects, and like shooting them with the light available. Today I'd like to share a photo of a sight I captured while walking down Melrose in West Hollywood, California. Nestled among trash and twigs is an apple with one bite taken out of it. Perhaps the person eating it was so satisfied with that bite that they decided to discard the fruit. We may never know.
