Me - Happiness is just like 'taking a bath'. You have to do it everyday. You can't have a bath today and expect freshness for a full week. Same is Happiness. You have to BE Happy. It's a state of mind of loving yourself. If you can't love yourself, how can you love someone else 🙂? You have to just try to be Happy....sincerely.
