Last day of holidays.
I took my beautiful Christmas tree down today. It’s time. Today was the last day of holidays. It is Old New Year. By Julian Calendar it is first day of new year. I’m originally from Ukraine where we celebrated this day each year. I’m not following this tradition any more, but still like to keep green tree all the way up to January 14. Today was the last day...
Its sad isn't it? I took ours down yesterday. I was like packing up a friend. But there is next year and we look forward to see it again.

Yes, indeed. It’s hard to let go something that brought so much happiness into the house, but in no time we will put it again. Time is flying :)
