The place for delicate palates
In my memory I can still enjoy the good taste that the delicious Duck Mousse left us.
A simple dish with an exquisite technique elaborated with spices and a specialty of salt accompanied by marmalade of tomato, toasted bread and a small salad to obtain freshness. In addition, the tomato marmalade makes it intensify the flavor of the dish giving a sweet touch to a salty dish. This, leads to an explosion of flavors easy to distinguish by the senses but difficult to describe in reality.
The presentation is minimalist and added on a slate plate.
