I wish we could
I wish the showers could help. I wish we, people, could literally grow out of our old skins. But it’s all deep inside, it all remains, and you either leave it be or work with it till you make it crystal clear... or till it stains your insides forever.
My body feels foreign to me now. I have to rebuild it all over again.
I will survive.
For me, the shower helps every time.
I mean... we speak about Water. :-)
Well a good old shower never hurt, always makes me feel better. A mental shower too, in meditation helps clear my mind and help me let go of things i'm holding on to. Gives me a new perspective and move on
