There can be no "monopoly on value" unless you live in a communist state. They are all about controlling all value and thought and behavior. They even wanted to get rid of money like our hero, "earthcustodians".

Every person creates value. You then are free to exchange your created value for somebody else's created value. If you are smart about it, you can increase your value and improve your life.

Every example of "getting rid of money" in history has ended in complete disaster. Please go read some history and give up this nonsense.
