Time Does Not Exist: Solve All Your Problems Through Presence - You Already Have Everything You Need
We Already Have Everything We Need in the Present Moment
If everything comes from within, then we are already complete. How do you know you already have everything you need?
You always have had everything you needed and always will. Ask yourself, “What’s wrong with right now, this very second?”
Nothing. If you’re reading this, then nothing is wrong right now. You are most likely relaxed, enjoying this very present moment.
Too often we get caught up in our own thought. Which shackles us to the past and robs us of the future.
Time Does Not Exist
Reality is now, stop judging your thoughts. Remove that bug. All incoming sensory items are data. Raw data should not be judged or thought about. We are blurred by the judgment of our own thoughts and time-oriented restrictions.
“Time,” or the Present, is unfolding at its normal rate. It always has, and it always will. Don’t limit yourself from experiencing the joy of the present moment.
The present is all you have, and it’s all you will ever have. Memories fade and future ones are uncertain. Yes, we can analyze and forecast future events, but until they actually happen - we cannot predict with complete certainty the way they will happen.
Why irrationally worry about things you cannot completely control?
It’s all about getting into your flow. Flow transcends time restrictions that our thoughts irrationally manifest into.
Breathing, and the breath, grounds us in the present. View breathing as a tool. Your tool is always with you and is all you really have, when you think about it. If it’s all we really can do, why resist? Remove the resistance.
After you realize you have everything you already need in the Present moment, you become free. You slowly come to realize the ever-increasing joy we receive from appreciating the experiences of the Present.
Happiness depends solely on our quality of thought. Once you remove the unnecessary thought from the equation, you are able to fully immerse yourself in the oceanic depths of the Now. The Now is free from toxic, negative emotions - which manifest from our egos.
It takes practice, and I am by no means where I should be - but once you get a little taste of the joy and completeness out of experiencing the Now, you do everything you can to get back into that flow state.
Much like a drug, and is the driving factor in why people do crazy things. It forces them into the Now. However, we don’t need to put ourselves in harms way to experience this - we already have access to it .
We are just interrupted by constant, never-ending noise and thought interference(our thoughts, which are often negative, unproductive, and driven by egos). We realize it is cyclical.
I’ll be honest, the present moment isn’t always great. Bad things do happen. But we CHOOSE how we act on bad things. As "time" continues to unfold, let go of the bad present moments. Ground yourself with your breath to bring yourself back to the Now - where you have full access to positive solutions. Eventually, all bad moments fade - it’s up to us to decide when they fade.
By using the present, you come to find the solutions you seek are right in front of you. It simply requires your full, undivided Presence.
Tldr; you already have everything you need, sit back and enjoy the ride. Be the observer.
