Flowing back to oneself by focusing one the core being that you are..
We go back to the breath, now focus on the chest, focus on the mind.. is it empty?
Where is the attention of oneself, is it with the present? or is it with someone else? or is it with thought, past and future.
Ones we are aware of where we are.. we can flow back to the present moment. There is just now to enjoy, now to change, now to discover. Change the old into a new. Don’t linger with the old, it’s old for a reason. Learn how to change into the new you, by flowing and changing in the flow that you want to be.
