I listen and follow Abraham for 15 years now.

I've been listening for about a year now and while it can be hard to stay in the vortex as a homeschooling mom of 4, we all have our challenges, right? Listening to Abraham's teachings always puts a smile on my face.
Yes, Abraham is never negatief a any topic (exept dead, croaking)
When you listen long enough, you get to the same kind vibration as Abraham :-) Feelsgoodman :-)
Do you meditate? Daily?
The dead, croaking posts are still funny though, or at least the way Esther giggles when speaking of croaking. I do not meditate as often as I would like, but am striving to improve that. I listen to a guided yoga nidra at night, so I'm awake for part of it and it makes a difference in how I feel in the morning. My goal is to start getting to bed earlier so that I can get to meditate before the children wake. Do you meditate daily?

Before the children wake up, Yes, it sounds like that you have no other choise hahaha. The first thing I do when I awake, is sit and meditate :-)

Yes very natural logic. First years I hat to get use to the pilosophy but now I get the hang of it. Your so lucky as a yoga teacher, that you have the chance to meditate during your yoga practice. I meditate in the morning.
I discovered Abraham in the late 1990s. Abraham has been the teacher who has had the greatest impact in my life. I have 100s of Abe seminar recordings. Count me in as an Abraham fanatic! :-)
I'm also very fond of Seth and Bashar. Are any of you familiar with either of them?

I meditate in the morning too. It’s the best time of the day. I am very relaxed with my Yoga.. I integrate it into my life as a way of being.
