About being nice...
Of course, we should be nice to others. Definitely! But there is being nice - and there is being nice. It seems to be the same, it looks the same but there are big differences.
What I'm trying to point out is very much about subconscious communication. The thing is, what the other person really receives is not only our sweet words but he receives a lot more: he receives all our emotions, our attitude, our way of communication and also our motivation.
People feel it.
People feel if we really say something in a genuine way or not. People feel if we praise somebody just out of insecurity. People feel if we help them in a joyful way or just because it is expected from us. If we help somebody because we want to look like a good person, it will not create a very positive energy.
Whenever somebody genuinely helps you or shows a genuine friendliness without any hidden agenda, you will feel warm in your heart and have a sensation of closeness and trust towards this person.
I think it is about being genuine and not pretending to be somebody else. It is about acknowledging our actual feelings and honestly communicating them. If you are genuine and express your true feeling, honestly, this will build up trust and reliability. You are not driven by fear concerning how you appear or how the other might react. You can be yourself and the other knows who he or she is dealing with and knows you are genuine.
The more we are able to let go of this kind of fake behavior the more we can relax and our life will change in a good way. Relationships will become more meaningful, deeper, fulfilling and you will have more empathy. Fake relationships will fade away and new doors will open.
Whoever wishes for more warmth in your heart and joy permeating your whole system, please think about this!
