Inspirational Series #1 - YOUR SMALL STEP
Dearest Darling Friends,
The world is changing 'radically'. About 40 years ago, a super computer costed about 8 million dollars and was the size of a small building. 40 years later, it is thousands of times cheaper, thousands of times smaller, thousands of times faster and has thousands of times greater memory. In about 40 years, we have progressed 1000s of times. Wow!!!
A small entry level smart phone today is more capable than the super computer of yesteryear. Incredible, isn’t it?
What used to occupy half a building now fits in the pockets of our trousers. The world is developing very fast. We are in the midst of ‘radical changes’. While the world of technology has witnessed abundance of radical changes, I believe, humanity too will soon witness radical changes.
We have some pressing issues in humanity. I can think of a few…poverty, inequality, corruption, lack of education, selfishness, greed, lack of inspirational value based leaders etc. You might be able to add on a few more issues to the list.
I am a die hard optimist. Inspite of the current pressing issues, I believe our future is going to be MORE brilliant than ever before. I believe, the future will be even better than what we think. We will be safer and more loving. We will be more compassionate and less violent. We will be more ambitious and less scared. The best of our brains will be engaged in solving these urgent issues. Finally, human beings will not die at the hands of human beings.
I urge you….lets imagine a great future. Imagine a future that makes your smile and makes your heart deeply peaceful. Imagine a future where the current pressing issues of the world has been successfully solved.

Great posting. I have some ideas that relate to fixing the massive political corruption in my country but honestly talking about such things would just paint a target on my head, so I guess I'll just go have breakfast instead and forget about it.
Power and corruption doesn't give up its hold easily and if it actually seemed to the people in charge that I could really have a chance at fixing the problem then my plane would have a malfunction and I would belong to the side of a mountain or some such similar occurrence would happen to destroy my life...
Nope. I think I'll just go have breakfast instead of fixing usa politics.
