Your Spirituality is Missing! 3 Scientific Ways to Find It. plus, What is Spirituality?

•3 Ways to Boost Spirituality

For most people spirituality is either confusing, vague, or absent.

Confusing: every religion believes they have the monopoly on spirituality. They do not. Every human has spirituality; they just may not know it.

Vague: with descriptions like vibrations, power, energy, and consciousness, what does any of this mean?

Absent: many people simply say that they are not spiritual. Every human is spiritual.

Commonsense Spirituality

Spirituality is defined by our relationships. Commonsense spirituality is the human ecosystem of emotional relationships.

Spirituality is something beyond:

  • The love and commitment of a 55-year-old marriage is beyond just brain chemicals that key people together.
  • The passionate love between two young lovers is beyond lust, it is a blinding hysterical compulsion.
  • The bonds of brotherhood formed by war between two soldiers is inseparable.
  • The love for a mother and her child is as raw and primal as a mother lion, but even more so she would sacrifice her life for the child.

Good, bad, and zero spirituality

Good: These are some attributes of positive commensense. spirituality: unconditional love, forgiveness, acceptance, kindness, and justice.

Bad: negative spirituality takes, abuses, or victimizes.

Zero: this is difficult to do, but if you have no relationships, and you are lonely and isolated., You have no spirituality because ou have no relationships. Spiritual emptiness is the result.

The spiritual advantage

Your life’s purpose is to share life with other people.

Sharing is giving to another; sharing is participation.

Spirituality is the cure for loneliness.

Spirituality is the key to well being.

Love conquers all.

The Spiral of Influence

Where do I start?

There is a natural order of focus with spirituality. The commonsense order is a spiral that begins with yourself and slowly radiates outward throughout the closest of your relationships.

The Inner Spiral

The three most important types of relationships are those closest to you. The closest three I call bride, blood, and brother. After these, the spiral keeps radiating beyond.

  • Bride: this would be your closest partner, your soulmate, your marriage, your best friend/lover. This spiritual bond is the priority and must be made.
  • Blood: this is family spirituality. What is the health of your relationships with your family? As much as it depends on you seek peace, Kindness, and emotional maturity. Do not let unforgiveness, grudges, or past abuse poison your spirituality. However if you have family members that can take advantage of you, manipulate you, or victimize you, stay away!
  • Brother: this is your closest most intimate friends. These are those that stick closer than a brother.
  • Beyond: blessing strangers

Volunteering is Spirituality

3 Scientific Proofs of the Positive Power of Spiritual Giving:

1 Selfless volunteering lengthens your lifespan!

2 Generosity increases Happiness!

3 Volunteering enhances meaning and purpose, which leads to greater well being.

“The results hint at an unfolding process: the more time spent in volunteer activities, the more important the volunteer identity. The greater the identity importance, the more one perceives one matters to other people, which in turn enhances purpose and meaning. The more life seems purposeful and meaningful, the better one’s well-being.”
