This video is entitled The Virtue of Action by a fantastic Youtube channel I follow, ioLanche. The channel is run by Ben Billups who hosts a podcast dubbed "OVR THNKR". Let me just say, this man is very underrated with only his current following, and although he is not active at the moment, I wanted to share a few older videos.

OVR THNKR is a high-quality podcast about philosophy, psychology, life, and the modern culture. Ben explores a variety of these concepts with critical perspective in such a professional style.
