Marcus Aurelius - Meditations -Book II - Clean Audio!

"Say to yourself first thing in the morning:today i shall meet people who are meddling, ungrateful, aggressive, treacherous, malicious, unsocial."

I read to you Book II from Marcus Aurelius's "Meditations".

In Book II Marcus speaks more on his stoic views, discussing some of Theophrastus's ideas as well as the nature of the whole and what it means to be human interacting with human.

This is recorded as a Meditation in itself, going through each book word by word, then editing out all the breath-strokes and finally creating some visuals to go along side has brought me much closer to understanding the material. I will continue doing videos like this as long as I am able to!
