Interesting article. Do make up your mind whether time exists or not, though. You start by saying it doesn't exist; that it's a human concept, but then go on to describe its effects and consequences. So if something doesn't exist, how can it have effects or consequences? This comment is only meant to expand on the topic. Thanks for sharing this.
@highersonic Thank you for your thoughtful input! I implied that time is an artificial measurable quantity used to describe successive changes in a phenomenon. Changes exist and constantly take place. Time is a vehicle for the mind to imprint the occurrence of events.
Keep in mind that everything mentioned above is my humble point of view, which is why the article was tagged in philosophy and not science.
Can you prove that the mind exists?
Basically there's little to no evidence that reality exists. Quantum Entanglement is one of the reasons why this Universe can't be real in the first place.
Are you real?
Can't prove whether I am or not.
Happy New Year :)
lol jk. Thanks for sharing.
Whether we believe in it or not, we all have this allotted amount of it in which to do what we choose. So, whether you believe or not. Remember you have limitless potential.
@vigilantrespawn Thank you!
My point is, does the author believe it exists or not? Because he starts by saying it doesn't exist but then goes on to prove the opposite. I guess I was expecting to read a case for why it doesn't exist.
@highersonic Depends on the reader / observer ;) Nothing exists without an observer.
