My thoughts and Opinions on one of our world's biggest problems.
First off let me start by saying im an American. So now that that's out of the way, I feel that our main problem is not Terrorism but the heart and the mind behind the terrorist attack.... Now before you all burn me alive with torches and pitchforks let me explain; It is not the atomic bombs that's the problem, its the man who would pushes the button that launches them, it is not the bullet but the man who pulls the trigger. Even if you ban guns men will use machetes and baseball bats. Which leaves us with a pretty big problem what do we do about "Evil".
There isn't much we can do about "Evil". However we should never accept their demands. I honestly think that it is not this generation that'll be the one to bring peace on earth, that i believe is for our grandchildrens- great grandchildren to stop. The best i think we can do I think is bring Justice to men who would murder, rob, torture and try to live peacefully with each other.
Or we could build a machine to replace peoples brain so they can only think good positive thoughts and never harm one another or say anything that anyone finds offensive.
As a final option i say hope that people will do the right thing and be prepared for them to do the wrong thing. after all hope's free.
Terrorism is a big problem but I think the biggest problem here in the US is the cultural divide that separates us as a nation. We can all accomplish great things if we unite as a common people, yeah we all come from many backgrounds but e need to respect the places that other come from and maybe learn from each other. Once we get over this hurdle then everything else we tackle as a nation will be a cake walk.
I feel though that idea of unity isn't going to be possible for a very long time. we fight each other to much to get anything done.
I agree that it may take a long time if at all happening but I feel that its a problem that needs to happen in my mind.
I think it'll happen one day just not this generation.

The machine to replace peoples brains so they only have happy thoughts is scary as fuck to me.
Do we even need a machine to do it? We are basically doing the same to people with drugs right now.
I do not think I would want to live a life without all the thoughts and emotions that aren't happy.

The drug thing made me think of a brave new world. Probably part of the reason for the Huxley quote. Was not the one I was looking for tho. I wanted to find the one where Jhon the savage says "I claim it all".
Most the mass killings in the US are done by people on those meds or getting off them.
They turn you into a zombie. I have stopped hanging around some people because they become to disassociated with reality because of their Xanax prescription. I don't even think they noticed because they were so out of it.
Not something I would wish on anyone tbh.
