The idea of good and evil in Kant's man was very interesting. He thought human nature was evil. It contains an ineradicable propensity for the creation of evil. However, people have the makings of good. Moral education of the individual should be to give life to these inclinations. So they get a chance to win over the pernicious tendency to do bad.
