Con nuestros propios esfuerzos, y solo a través de ellos, es que conseguiremos realizar un cambio en el país. Los verdaderos cambios sociales empiezan desde los grupos más pequeños —la familia—, expandiéndose poco a poco hasta los más grandes. Nuestra voluntad es nuestro único recurso irrevocable, dispondremos de ella siempre que la necesitemos para realizar algo.

     Debemos dejar de esperar que alguien de arriba resuelva las cosas por nosotros y nos provea de lo necesario para subsistir. Somos nosotros mismos los responsables de ello. Debemos trabajar para conseguir cosas, solo mediante nuestro esfuerzo es que seremos recompensados. Todo aquel que dependa de otro y espere ser mantenido por siempre no es más que una despreciable alimaña, un parásito de la sociedad.

     Por eso es que debe ser activada e impulsada la producción nacional independiente, fomentado el libre comercio y reprivatizando las empresas productoras. Hay que poner la reglas del juego bien claras para poder propiciar la producción nacional, dándole seguridad financiera a los inversionistas que apoyarán a estas empresas. Solo de este modo conseguiremos solvencia económica como Estado y como individuos.

     Debemos convertirnos en un país poliproductor, tener múltiples fuentes de ingresos: desde el sector minero hasta el agropecuario, pasando por el turista inclusive. Por esto es que debemos desarrollar técnicas de extracción que reduzcan el impacto ambiental sobre las áreas de explotación, aumentar la eficiencia de los hatos y parcelas destinadas a cultivos, sin dejar de un lado el embellecer la ciudad y ofrecer oportunidades viables de turismo. Asimismo, el sector petrolero debe ser reinventado: se debe reducir la venta de crudo y empezar a invertirlo en nuestras petroquímicas, generando múltiples derivados de calidad; de este modo se incrementarán las ganancias de este sector que es uno de los más opulentos en Venezuela —por no decir que es el más opulento de todos—. Mediante el uso de todas estas ganancias se deberá crear un ‘fondo de ahorros nacional para desastres y eventualidades’, un pequeño porcentaje de las ganancias totales anuales será suficiente para ello, esto será como una especie de impuesto destinado a una caja de ahorros que no deberá ser abierta a menos que el país se encuentra en crisis total.

     Para esto no nos queda más que prepararnos e instruirnos, dar la talla y sobrepasar toda expectativa. Somos nosotros quienes podremos sacar al país del abismo y la penumbra.

     Es nuestro deber procurar un futuro mejor a nuestra descendencia, siempre siendo mejor el hoy que el ayer: convirtiéndonos en el país más capacitado y próspero de latinoamérica —al menos al principio, buscando llegar a las estrellas—.

     With our own efforts, and only through them, is that we will make a change in the country. The real social changes start from the smallest groups —the family— , expanding little by little to the largest. Our will is our only irrevocable resource, we will dispose of it whenever we need it to do something.

     We must stop waiting for someone from above to solve things for us and provide us with what is necessary to survive. We are responsible for that. We must work to get things, only through our effort is we will be rewarded. Anyone who depends on another and expects to be maintained forever is nothing more than a despicable vermin, a parasite of society.

     That is why the independent national production must be activated and promoted, fostering free trade and reprivatizing the production companies. We must make that the rules of the game very clear to promote national production, giving financial security to the investors who will support these companies. Only in this way will we achieve economic solvency as a State and as individuals.

     We must become a polyproductive country, have many sources of income: from the mining sector to the agricultural sector, including the tourist. This is why we must develop extraction techniques that reduce the environmental impact on the exploitation areas, increase the efficiency of the herds and plots destined for crops, without neglecting to embellish the city and offer viable tourism opportunities. Likewise, the oil sector must be reinvented: it must reduce the sale of crude oil and start investing it in our petrochemicals, generating many quality derivatives. In this way the profits of this sector will increase, which is one of the most opulent in Venezuela —not to say that it is the most opulent of all—. Through the use of all these profits a "national savings fund for disasters and eventualities" should be created, a small percentage of the total annual profits will be enough for this, this will be like a kind of tax destined to a savings bank that does not It must be opened unless the country is in total crisis.

     For this we have no choice but to prepare and instruct us, measure up and surpass all expectations. We are the ones who can take the country out of the abyss and the gloom.

     It is our duty to seek a better future for our descendants, today will be better than yesterday: becoming the most capable and prosperous country in Latin America —at least at the beginning, seeking to reach the stars—.
