How to Get Your Police Clearance in Binan Laguna

Hey awesome people here in Steemit. This week I don't have any anime and manga review because I am quite busy doing the normie stuff.

I decided to apply as a real estate advisor here in our place and luckily I am already in training YEY!

Tomorrow will be my start and somehow I am excited on it.
As their requirement, I will need to get an NBI Clearance or a Police clearance to make sure that I do not have a pending/ongoing criminal case. It is a part of the process though so there is nothing for me to do, nor I cannot waive it.

Here's the steps on getting a police clearance in our location, as far as I know every municipality/ city has a different approach but here we only have a few.

1. First is you will need to get the Community Tax Certificate or Cedula from your barranggay. If there is none, you can go directly to the nearest municipal hall and for sure they will have some available. For the fees involved, as far as I know it varies per location and per person. In our place Binan Laguna, the price is 12.20 pesos but the person who collected the funds stated 13 pesos. I have not checked it, I only knew that the price is different when I was checking the other stuff. I know 80 cents will not make me rich, but imagine a municipal hall and the cashier getting those extra cents and our location is quite famous to some people. If let's say that he /she will serve 1000 customers that is extra 800 that can be directed towards her wallet. I did overthink there but I guess that is somehow a good computation for me.

2. After getting the Cedula, you will need to line up and get now the Original Receipt for the Police Clearance. This cost 100 pesos. I don't know the price to other location like San Pedro or even other areas but I guess both of them are the same? I am not really sure about it.

3. You will now need to go to the Police Station to get your clearance.
   
   Today they are quite busy inside, they are talking about attendance and monitoring the police visibility in our place.

4. After entering the police station, there is a sign wherein you can get your police clearance. You will just need to complete the form and pay additional 200 pesos for the ID

Except from my name, I deleted some personal identifiable information like my bday etc. It is good to share some information online but not all :)
After paying you will need to visit the person who inputs the data and do the picture taking part.

1. After a few seconds they will be printing your ID if ever that you don't have a hit in your name. But if you do, you will need to wait for more than 2 hours I guess to get yours or go back the next day after. Since I need that then I waited for quite some time.

Voila! after more than 2 hours I already have my ID. Since my name is kinda generic it took me some time to get it.

In total expenses for the ID itself if 313 pesos here in Binan. In some areas you will need to get first the brgy. certificate to get the police clearance. A brgy. certificate is like a proof that you are residing on the location and you are a part of that community. I do not know if incase that if you are not from Binan if you can get one police clearance but we had an experience before wherein a colleague of mine was from Cavite and he was able to secure a police clearance in Makati for the requirements.
